The hotel facilities are lovely and complete, including kitchen with cooking implements (no oven, but microwave and electric cook top). The staff here is gracious, kind, thorough, and empathetic. Pets are permitted if well-behaved. Laundry facilities, ice, and a gym, plus a pantry on site. What more might one need?

I've stayed here for 6+ months so far and its been great. Never had a complaint about the facility, the other guests, or any of the staff. I would highly recommend for extended stays or traveling with family.

Very nice room , with a well stocked kitchen unlike most hotels who make you rent kitchen stuff. Rainfall showerhead, sprayer, very nice especially for the price ..

It's quiet , comfortable and housekeeping might need a little fine tuning but overall not bad it is quiet and generally clean , things seem to be in working order and the people are nice as well as friendly. I actually think it's improved since previous years before. My suite was nice though and I do my own cleaning anyway. They do have kitchen area with fridge and cook top no oven. Laundry facilities on site.

i stayed here with my daughter when we had an (urgent) issue at home and I needed to literally find a place to sleep last minute . We arrived around 9pm on a school night - the room was like a little apartment and definitely exceeded my expectations for the price paid .. a full kitchen, private bedroom with a door, was clean and had a fast and easy check in. We both got a good night sleep and left early. The only issue i’m having is I left my laptop charger I believe in room (237) and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone , it just keeps ringing ….i will change to 5 if I can get ahold of someone!

Stayed here for a night! Receptionists just okay or average performance! The Room is really....really nice! Except the weed smell all over the corridor! Slow Wi-Fi. Not a bad choice :)

Needed a place to stay for the night due to issues experienced at an Airbnb. We have an infant and the kitchenette was helpful in preparing and cleaning baby bottles. Only con was the hallways smelled awful. However— our room was very clean and smelled the complete opposite (good). The bathroom was newly updated with amazing shower (hot and great pressure). Didn’t really have noise issues. It’s tucked away in a business park and in a safe area. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchenette had a ton of cooking ware, dishes and glasses!

I checked in Thursday 07/31 because this had great reviews and was close to Jefferson hospital. My mom had surgery there, the staff was sweet to me from the start and very accomidating. They made sure I was comfortable and everyday asked me about my mom and if she was doing ok. To have kindness showed me like that during this time was extremely comforting and hard to find in todays world. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I have a fridge, giant shower, cook top, dishwasher, really nice smelling toiletries and a few other elements all adding to the comfort. I'm glad I chose here, I'm glad I met some great people too. Thank you for all you do for your customers even outside of just basic kindness. All of my warmest regards ~carly~
